Pangea’s Lightning cable for Apple

October 11, 2014 Written by Editor

PANGEA Audio, the California-based company known for its extreme bang-for-buck power cords, has just launched a new premium Lightning-to-USB cable for use with all current Apple iPhone and iPad products.

The cable, retailing at US$29.95, is five-feet long and comes in five trendy colours. Employing robust 27-gauge signal conductors and heavy-duty 21-gauge power conductors, the Pangea Lightning is significantly thicker than the usual made-for-Apple cable, in order to deliver “accurate signal and stead power” over the longer cable. High-grade copper is the material used.

“Pangea’s Lightning cables offer a no-compromise design and the convenience of a longer cable length, all at a very affordable price,” says Pangea cable designer Jay Victor.

“The easy-grip molded connectors and durable cable cover make our solution ideal for everyday use, and we have added a touch of elegance to these Lightning cables by carefully matching Apple’s five-shade color palette,” he adds.

You can get the cable now at a lower introductory price of US$19.95 from AudioAdvisor and Amazon.
